The Noterro subscription page is your gateway to managing your subscription plan effectively. At the top of the screen, you’ll find details about which trial you're on, trial information, and days remaining until the trial concludes. You can subscribe at any time by clicking Subscribe Now, which redirects you to finalize your choice. Here’s an overview of the sections available on this page to help you get the most out of your Noterro plan.

This section highlights the plan you're using during the trial period along with the affiliations Noterro participates in.
Affiliation Discounts
Explore potential discounts through affiliations by clicking See Details. If you are with one of our affiliates, you can email our support team by clicking Contact Support. Upload verification documents to receive a $10 discount on a monthly subscription. This discount will reflect on your subscription page once accepted.
Annual Discounts
Opting for an annual subscription provides a substantial 15% discount, which applies to the base subscription rate and additional practitioner seats. Switch to a monthly plan within 14 days of upgrading with an adjusted account and a refund issued accordingly, where applicable.
Important Note: Annual discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Subscribing to a Tiered Pricing Plan
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
- Select Noterro Subscription.
- Select the appropriate Plan.
- Add your Credit Card.
- Click Subscribe.
Choose Your Plan
Noterro offers three plan tiers—Core, Plus, and Max—designed to suit your clinic's needs. Compare features, switch between pricing structures, and explore plan options by clicking Subscription at the top right of the page.
Once subscribed, if on an annual plan and opting to switch, monthly billing will commence post the current annual term. Additional features can be added with charges prorated to the renewal date.
Cancelling Your Plan
Cancelling Your Tiered Pricing Plan
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click Settings (gear icon, top right).
- Select Noterro Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
Important Note: Post-cancellation, access continues until the renewal date, with the ability to rejoin anytime. Notes remain accessible in read-only mode.
Cancelling Your Free Trial
No need to cancel; the trial will expire on its own, even if payment info is provided. Charges apply only upon converting your account to a subscription.
Updating Your Credit Card

- Discover (Canadian Clinics Only)
- AMEX (Canadian Clinics Only)
Occasionally, Visa Debit cards aren't enabled for online transactions; contact your issuer as needed. Note, Mastercard Debit is not accepted. Our systems store no card numbers; safe storage is at our PCI-compliant credit card processor.

- Select Noterro Subscription.
- Click Update in the Credit Card section.
Reducing Practitioner Seats
Practitioner seat requirements recalibrate at renewal. Disabling a practitioner reduces seat count automatically on subsequent renewal.
Viewing Subscription Invoices
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click Gear Icon (top-right header).
- Select Noterro Subscription.
- Click on Download in the History Section to view invoice details.
Optimization & Definitions
Text Messaging (SMS)
Manage SMS settings as needed. Optimize messages to reduce segment usage by avoiding special characters. Your messaging capacity is calculated over a rolling 30-day period without reset dates.
File Uploads
Adjust file storage in 5GB increments for storing patient documents. Billed prorated upon changes, similar steps to manage and adjust capacity.
Call Reminders
Call capacity runs on a rolling 30-day basis identical to SMS, with management options available through your account.
Important Note: Maintain access until renewal date, rejoining possible anytime with history intact.
