The navigation bar in Noterro is your gateway to exploring its features and functionalities. Let's delve into each header and its purpose.
Desktop Headers
The desktop navigation bar displays headers from left to right. Note that certain icons are exclusive to the account Administrator.
- Home: The Home page offers a daily snapshot of your appointments and outstanding tasks, such as incomplete forms and unpaid invoices.
- Calendar: Widely used by Administrators and Practitioners to manage appointments, apply filters, and oversee various schedules.
- Patients/Clients: Manage labels, add patients, and filter clients based on alphabetical order.
- Billing: Centralized location for all billing tasks including transactions, invoices, and insurer payments.
- Reports (admin only): Access and export all report types, compatible with software like QuickBooks and Xero.
- Search Bar: Locate patient details, invoices, and more with ease.
- Plus Icon (Add new): Add patients, invoices, and payment methods efficiently.
- Setup: Initial account setup and customization to fit your clinic's needs.
- Ask Lucy: Get instant answers from the Noterro database through a virtual assistant.
- Question Mark Icon (Help Center): Search for resources and tutorials whenever you need support.
- Bell Icon (In-app Notifications): View all application messages directly within Noterro.
- Gear Icon (Clinic Settings: admin only): Manage clinic details and configurations.
- Initials or Profile Photo (Personal Settings): Access profile and security settings, switch roles or clinics.
