Email Upcoming Appointment Details to Patients

Emailing upcoming appointments to patients is important as it enhances attendance rates and builds rapport to improve Patient satisfaction. Patients may request that you email them a list of their upcoming appointments. It ensures they have the information readily available for their convenience.

Emailing Upcoming Appointment Details 

1. Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
2. Click Patients in the main navigation.
3. Click on the Patient's Name.
4. Click on the Appointments tab in the sidebar.
5. Click the Email Patients button next to Upcoming.
