How to Update Your Appointment Booking Email
Follow these steps to update the email template:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the Gear Icon in the top navigation bar.
- Select Templates from the menu.
- Scroll down to the Patient Notifications section.
- Find the appointment booking template and click the Pencil Icon to edit.
- Update the email content as needed.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Important note: Make sure to double-check any placeholder tags (like [Patient Name] or [Appointment Time]) to ensure they remain properly formatted so the system can auto-fill that data correctly!
