Calendar Settings Guide

Adjusting the display settings of your in-app calendar allows you to tailor your schedule view to best suit your working hours and preferences, without affecting the availability seen by your clients during online booking.

Displayed Time Range

Customize the time frame shown in your internal calendar view. This setting helps plan your day more effectively without altering your online booking availability. For instance, if your work hours are from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, you might set your displayed range from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. This adjustment provides buffer time at both the beginning and end of your day.

Calendar Display Preferences

Select the days of the week you want to appear in your in-app calendar. This feature is beneficial when you want to focus on your active working days and keep unrelated days hidden from view.

Time Slot Duration

Choose how frequently time slots appear in your calendar. You can set intervals such as 15-minute, 30-minute, or hourly increments. Opting for a 15-minute duration, for example, allows time slots to be visible every 15 minutes, offering a detailed view of your schedule.

Double Booking

Enable the double booking feature to allow more than one appointment to be scheduled in the same time slot within your in-app calendar. Keep in mind that this setting influences only your internal calendar display, not your online booking policies. When activated, overlapping appointments can be accommodated simultaneously.
