If you no longer have access to your Noterro account but are the Admin or Owner, there are a few ways to verify your account and update your information.
Update Admin Email Address
If you can log into your admin account, you should be able to update the email address by following these steps:
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on either your Photo or Initials in the top-right header.
- Click on Profile.
- In the General section, click Edit to update your email address.
- Make the necessary changes to your email address.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Important Note: If you cannot update your information, email support@noterro.com from the admin account afterwards to request the batch export of your clinical notes.
Verify Your Details
Email support@noterro.com with the following identifiers to verify your details match the Administrator's information:
- Photo of government-issued ID.
- Photo of the credit card on file (with all but the last four digits covered).
