You may encounter a situation where your Calendar does not show Availability for online bookings. A few things could cause this issue. We will look at the different areas you may need to check to allow your Availability to be shown for online bookings.
Practitioner Availability
Ensure the Practitioner has inputted Availability in their Calendar. In addition, make sure these availabilities are correct. If there are no availabilities, no time slots will be shown.
Verify Location Settings
If you have multiple locations, ensure availabilities are set for the correct location where you intend to enable online booking.
Maximum Appointments Per Day
Additional time slots won't be displayed if you've reached the maximum number of daily appointments.
Maximum Lead Time
If a Patient is booking too far into the future, it may not show your Availability.
Service Settings
Ensure the services you want to offer are enabled for online booking.
Google Calendar Syncing
If your Google Calendar is synced with Noterro, your Google appointments may take the Availability in your Noterro calendar. To have Availability in Noterro, ensure your Google Appointments are set to "Free" instead of "Busy."
Important Note: If you enabled double booking, this feature is unavailable for online bookings. Thus, appointments booked in the clinic will block those times.
