Explore the different ways to reach Noterro support based on your requirements:
- LucyAI: Available in-app, Noterro's AI assistant provides immediate answers to general questions. She can't access account-specific information and can make mistakes, especially on more advanced questions.
- Chat Support: Chat with a human. To chat with our support team, click the question mark icon in the upper-right side of the homepage and select Chat with an expert.
- Ticket Support: Connect to a human. Email us to create a ticket anytime. We'll respond during our support hours below.
- Phone Support: Book a call for phone or screen share support.
Important Note: While you can submit a Chat or Ticket, we can only respond during the hours when human support is available. These hours are:
- Monday-Friday, 7 am-10 pm ET
- Saturday-Sunday, 11 am-7 pm ET
