Issues Confirming or Deleting an Appointment from Voice Reminder

Patients may occasionally experience issues with using the number 1 to confirm or delete an appointment, leading to an endless cycle of attempts. This commonly occurs when the call is routed to voicemail. In such cases, pressing number 1 will not function as intended because the system interprets the input according to voicemail commands (e.g., press 7 to delete the voicemail). Therefore, actions like confirming or deleting an appointment cannot be performed while in a voicemail account.
