Fixing the Inability to Add Appointments to My Calendar Because of Google Two-Way Sync

Combine events from your Google Calendar with your Noterro calendar using Google Two-Way Sync. This way, you can manage Noterro-added events alongside Google events more efficiently. For those who wish to see both types of events or create overlapping appointments, you'll need to enable Double Booking.

Enable Double Booking Mode

Allow overlapping bookings to increase calendar flexibility.

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
3. Under the Calendar heading, click on Settings.
4. Click on the Switch for Double Booking Mode.

View the Calendar in Double Booking Mode

There are two methods to view the calendar with Double Booking enabled:

1. Use your keyboard:
   • Hold down the Shift key + the 'D' key.
2. Use the calendar menu:
   • Click on the Three dots in the top right calendar header.
   • On smaller devices, click the Hamburger Menu (three lines) in the top left of the screen, then click the Switch for Double Booking.
