You may find that touching the screen to book an appointment does not work on the iPad. Nothing happens when you touch the selected time unless you hold your finger on the calendar. In order to fix this, a setting needs to be switched off on your iPad.
Update a List Article
Follow these steps to resolve the issue by adjusting the desktop website request settings on your iPad.
- Click on the Gear icon (on your iPad).
- Scroll down the page and click on Safari.
- Scroll down the page and click on Request Desktop Website.
- Make sure the switch is in the Off position for All Websites.
By ensuring the desktop website request is turned off, your iPad should now allow you to select appointment times seamlessly without any issues.
