The No Bookable Time Message guides Patients on actions they can take when the online booking system shows no available appointments for their selected date and time. Noterro includes a default message that helps redirect Patients to contact the clinic as there may be more available times not presented online. Here’s how you can customize this message to suit your clinic's needs:
- Log in as the Administrator.
- Click the Gear Icon (top right).
- Select Web Portal & App.
- Click the Online Booking section.
- Scroll to No Bookable Time Message.
- A default Message is presented, but you can click on the Text Box and update it with a custom message.
- Click Save.
