Ensure that only specific groups of Patients can book certain services. For example, allowing 'VIP Members' to book exclusive services or restricting existing Patients from initial appointments. This is achievable by creating labels, associating them with services, and attaching them to Patient profiles.
Creating Labels
- Log in as Admin.
- Click on Patient (top left header).
- Click on Add beside the Label.
- Add Text for the label.
- Select Colour for the label.
- Click Save.
Add a Required Label to Book a Service
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
- Select Base Setup.
- Scroll to the Service Section.
- Click on the Service Name.
- Scroll to the Booking Labels section.
- Add a Label under "Label Required to Book."
- Click Save.
Important Note: Multiple labels can be added, and a Patient must have a label to book the associated service.
Add a Label that Restricts Services from Being Booked
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
- Select Base Setup.
- Scroll to the Service Section.
- Click on the Service Name.
- Scroll to the Booking Labels section.
- Add a Label under "Label to Deny Booking."
- Click Save.
Important Note: You can add multiple labels. If a Patient has a restricted label for a service, that service will not appear to them when booking online.
Add Labels to Patient Profiles
- Navigate to the Patient's Profile.
- Click the Three dots to the right of the Patient's name.
- Click Manage Labels.
- Type the Label Name and click Save New.
- To remove the Label, Click "x."
Important Note: The Portal's label restrictions allow visibility and prevent certain bookings. If a VIP Service requires a label, Patients will need that label to view it.
