Include Google Analytics on your Web Portal to gain insights into your web traffic. Follow these steps to connect your Web Portal to Google Analytics.
Adding Google Analytics
Integrate Google Analytics with your portal if you're on the Max plan.
- Create a Google Analytics account and Property ID if you don't have one.
- Generate a Google Analytics Measurement ID.
- Log in to Noterro as the Admin.
- Click Settings.
- Go to Web Portal & App.
- Under Google Analytics, input your Measurement ID.
- Click Save.

Tracking Appointment Bookings in Google Analytics
To capture each appointment booking, create a custom event in Google Analytics.
- In Google Analytics, access your property and select Create custom events.
- Configure these settings:
- Custom Event Name: appointment_booked_in_portal
- Parameter: page_location
- Operator: contains
- Value: /booked
- Click Create.
- Navigate to Admin Data Display Events and mark it as a Key Event by selecting Mark as Key Event.
- Wait 24-48 hours for the event data to be processed.
- Visit Admin Data Display Key Events to adjust the event's counting method to "Once per session" to record each client's activity only once.
