Efficiently manage your schedule by understanding the process for booking both classes and appointments. Although they follow a similar process, appointments are specifically for individual patients, while classes can accommodate multiple participants.
Adding an Appointment
- From the Calendar, click the desired date and time.
- Select Appointment.
- Type in an Existing Patient or add a New Patient.
- Select Service.
- Click Repeat if you want to book repeat appointments.
- Complete the form and click Book & Email or Book.
Important Note: To book an appointment, ensure it is first created under the service section in the clinic settings.
Adding a Class
- From the Calendar, click the desired date, time, and location.
- Select Class.
- Select Service and verify other details about the class.
- Click Repeat if you want to book repeat classes.
- Click Save.

Manual Booking of Walk-In Client
Follow these steps to book a walk-in appointment for your clients manually.
- Click on the Calendar and select the desired date and time.
- Add the patient, whether they are new or existing.
- Select the Service that the client requires.
- Complete the booking by clicking Save.
After saving, the appointment will be reflected in your schedule, ready for the walk-in client.

I added client names to my calendar from past appointments so i could have a record of all my appointments. I have never used feature before. A client got an email from a treatment she already received. Does every client get an email once i add them to the calendar? I don't have the email client one day before box checked
