Creating a Repeating Appointment

Within the calendar, you can set up a repeat Patient appointment. When you add a repeating appointment, you can repeat it weekly. Once you create a repeating appointment, you can quickly identify it with the repeating icon. When you edit or delete a repeating appointment, you can choose to affect the single appointment selected or the entire series of appointments connected.

Steps to Create a Repeating Appointment 

  1. Click on the desired time of the Appointment.
  2. Select the Patient and the Service.
  3. Click  Repeat.

    Is there any plan to include a repeating function in the future? It's terribly time consuming to have to create each appt individually. Thank you!

    This link only explains the reoccurring appointment slots... not reoccurring appointments per individual clients.

    Please can the next update to the system be the ability to schedule repeating client appointments and not just appointment slots. I have quite a few clients that are on repeating schedules, it is very tedious and time consuming to manually input them every time and still have open slots for other clients to be able to schedule their own appointments online.

    I also have multiple clients that are on repeating schedules. Having this feature would be extremely beneficial. Any idea when we will be able to arrange this?

    Having the ability to schedule repeat appointments would save a TON of time. Any chance of this becoming available???

    it's really annoying having to schedule a client 4 times when i should be able to do it once!!

    Need to had bi-weekly and monthly to repeat appointments. Not everyone is weekly

    Hi Penny;

       We do have the ability to set however number of weeks between appointments that you like.  Here is a screen shot showing you how to do that.
