You have control over your resources' visibility and online booking status (Services, Practitioners, and Locations) within the Web Portal & App—allowing you to manage their availability and ensure a smooth Patient booking experience. To configure Resource Visibility & Online Booking Status, follow these steps:
Configuring Resource Visibility and Booking Status
- Click on the Gear icon (top-right header).
- Select Web Portal & App from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the Resource section.
- Click on the Name or Edit or any Resources you want to update.
Important Note: From this setting, you can edit your Practitioners, Locations and Services. You can mark your resources as visible in the Web Portal and also set whether they can be booked online.
