You can control whether you want to accept new Patients or not. If you accept new Patients, you can choose which fields are required or optional for them to complete during the sign-up process.
Navigating to Portal Accounts
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
- Select Web Portal & App.
- Scroll to the Portal Accounts section.
Portal User Accounts are required to book online. Here, you can set whether or not you want new Patients to be able to create accounts.
- If Allow New Patients is checked, then new Patients can create accounts.
- If Allow New Patients is unchecked, then new Patients cannot create accounts, and you can specify an appropriate message they will get if they attempt to book without an account.
User Form Options
If you allow new Patients, you can select the fields displayed when someone creates a user account for online booking. A User Account is required for online booking.
- Check the desired Fields.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
