Configuring Your Clinic Branded App

Your very own app lives alongside your Patient's other apps on their iOS and Android devices! This includes your own App Name and App Icon.

Clinic Branded App

Create a clinic-branded app for Patients to install on their iOS and Android devices for easy access to your Web Portal & App. Follow the steps below to set up your clinic-branded app:

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
3. Select Web Portal & App.
4. Scroll to the Clinic Branded App section.
5. Click Edit under the App Icon to upload your Logo.
6. Enter the App Name (the app name has 45 characters maximum and is the full name, usually displayed in other areas like directory lists of apps).
7. Enter the App Short Name (the app's short name has 12 characters maximum and is displayed on the Home Screen of devices along with the app icon).
8. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
