Enable features in your Web Portal & App to enhance the patient experience and preview the online booking process from the patient's perspective.

Web Portal & App Features

Follow the steps below to enable or disable specific features in your Web Portal & App.

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click the Gear icon located in the top right header.
3. Select Web Portal & App from the menu.
4. Scroll to the Features section.
5. Check the features you wish to enable, such as:
   • Online Booking
   • Forms
   • Multi-Language
   • Waitlist
   • Clinical Notes
   • Invoices & Receipts
   • Help Articles
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
