Enable features in your Web Portal & App to enhance the patient experience and preview the online booking process from the patient's perspective.
Web Portal & App Features
Follow the steps below to enable or disable specific features in your Web Portal & App.
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click the Gear icon located in the top right header.
- Select Web Portal & App from the menu.
- Scroll to the Features section.
- Check the features you wish to enable, such as:
- Online Booking
- Forms
- Multi-Language
- Waitlist
- Clinical Notes
- Invoices & Receipts
- Help Articles
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
