You can enable or disable your Web Portal & App for Patients anytime. This can be helpful if you want to temporarily disable access to your Web Portal & App. To manage the status of your Web Portal & App, follow these steps:
Updating Your Web Portal's Status
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
- Select Web Portal & App.
- Scroll to the Status section.
- Check Enable.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
