You can turn on or off In-App, Email, or SMS Notifications you receive. The three types of notifications are In-App, Email, and SMS. In-app notifications appear when you click the Bell icon in the top-right header. Email notifications will be sent to the email saved in the General section of your Profile. Text message notifications will be sent to the phone number provided.
Managing Admin Notification Preferences
As a Clinic Admin, you can customize exactly which system notifications you receive. This helps you stay on top of important clinic activities while minimizing unnecessary alerts.
- Booked Appointments: Alerts when a new appointment is scheduled.
- Booked by Others: Alerts when another staff member or practitioner books an appointment on your behalf.
- Patient Birthdays: Reminders for upcoming patient birthdays so you can reach out.
- Inactive Patients: Alerts regarding patients who haven't booked an appointment within a specific timeframe.
How to Update Your Notification Settings
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on either your Photo or Initials in the top-right header.
- Click on Profile.
- Click on Notification Preferences
- Check or uncheck the boxes next to each notification type (Booked Appointments, Booked by Others, Patient Birthdays, Inactive Patients) based on your preferences. Your changes will save automatically.
Adjust your settings at any time to refine which notifications you receive or to respond to changing needs within your clinic.
