Clinics on the Max plan can use the Dedicate Phone Number feature. Having a dedicated phone number means that outbound SMS and Voice calls made on behalf of your clinic come from a number not shared with other Noterro clinics. This provides a few benefits, including:
- Eligibility for your business name to appear on the Caller ID (Canada/US only).
- Reduced risk of calls being labelled as spam/fraud by the receiving phone carrier.
- Patients can add this number to their contacts and have your name appear.
- They could also do this with a non-dedicated number, but a non-dedicated number is shared with other Noterro clinics. So, if they are Patients at multiple Noterro clinics, this solution can cause confusion.
Requesting a Dedicated Phone Number
- If you're subscribed to the Max plan and would like a dedicated number, please email support@noterro.com from the Admin email of the clinic it's related to.
- Include the city in which you want the number registered.
Important Note: Dedicated numbers are not available during a free trial.
Will I Always have this Dedicated Number?
You'll retain this number if you have an active Noterro account on a Max plan. If your clinic expires or is no longer on the Max plan for more than 30 days, the dedicated number is released and may no longer be available.
Can Patients Call the Dedicated Number Back?
Currently, incoming calls to the dedicated number are not received.
