Are you integrated with e-transfer services?

We're not integrated with an e-transfer service. However, you can add E-transfer as a payment method, which you can use to record e-transfers that happen outside of Noterro.

Are you integrated with Venmo?

Noterro is not integrated with Venmo. You can create a custom payment method in Noterro called "Venmo" and manually enter the payment details for each transaction received through Venmo.

Do you integrate with Stripe?

Noterro is not integrated with Stripe. You can still use Stripe as your payment processor, then manually record the transaction in Noterro.

Do you integrate with Clover?

Noterro is not integrated with Clover. You can still accept Clover payments; you would just need to record the transaction in Noterro.

Do you integrate with Carisk Intelligent as a clearinghouse?

No. We're integrated with Availity and support EDI downloads for Office Ally and Trizetto.

Do you support Facebook Pixel?

No. Noterro does not currently support Meta or Facebook Pixel.

Can a gift certificate be purchased online?

It's not possible to sell gift certificates on the portal. It's on the roadmap, but there isn't an ETA.

Does Noterro integrate with any HR platforms?

Noterro does not integrate with HR platforms.

Do you integrate with High Level?

Notero is not integrated with High-level.

Can patients pay with PayPal?

PayPal is not integrated with Noterro, but you can accept payment using any method and simply record it in Noterro by adding it as a Payment Method.

Can packages be purchased online?

No, packages and memberships cannot be purchased in the portal.

Are you integrated with the Moneris payment system?

No, we're not integrated with the Moneris Payment System.

Does Noterro integrate with the Authorize.net payment gateway?

Noterro does not currently integrate with Authorize.net.

Can I use chase?

Noterro is not integrated with Chase Payments.

Can Noterro receive EFT payments from insurance payors?

Noterro does not integrate with sending or receiving ETFs. You can record these as payments, though.

Do you have a Buy Now Pay Later payment integration?

Noterro does not have a built-in feature for Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) or similar financing options. You would need to manage any financing arrangements outside of Noterro and then record the relevant transactions manually within the system.

Can clients use Zelle to pay for online appointments?

Noterro does not integrate with Zelle for online payments.

Can we link the social media platform?

Noterro does not currently support direct integration with social media platforms.

Is there a way to integrate Lifescript?

Noterro does not currently support integration with Lifescript.

How do I integrate Calendly?

Noterro is not integrated with Calendly.

Does your software work with Noah Software?

Noterro does not currently integrate with Noah Software.

Can I integrate this with Halaxy?

Currently, Noterro is not integrated with Halexy.

Can I pay with PayPal for a monthly subscription?

No—PayPal isn't supported for Noterro subscriptions.

Are you integrated with any AI phone answering and scheduling software?

Noterro does not integrate with AI phone answering or AI scheduling assistants.

Can I add Meta Pixel to this site?

No. Noterro does not currently support Meta or Facebook Pixel.

Can you integrate with Google Maps?

Noterro does not integrate directly with Google Maps. However, Noterro does have features related to mobile appointments and service areas, which can be used in conjunction with location-based services.

Can I connect e-store to Noterro?

Noterro does not currently support direct integration with e-commerce stores or e-stores.

Can I integrate Hicaps to Noterro?

Noterro does not integrate with HICAPS. To see which programs integrate with Noterro, go to your clinic settings and integrations.

Can Noterro integrate with elavon point of sale system?

Noterro does not currently integrate with the Elavon point of sale system. If you're looking to use a specific payment processor with Noterro, you might need to manually record transactions processed through Elavon within the Noterro platform.

How does Noterro integrate with Zelle?

Noterro does not integrate with Zelle for online payments

Does Noterro integrate with Optum?

Noterro does not integrate with Optum.

Is there a way for me to connect my client list to Google Contacts?

Currently, Noterro does not have a direct integration feature to sync your client list with Google Contacts. You would need to export your client data from Noterro and then manually import it into Google Contacts.

Are you integrated with Optimantra?

Noterro does not currently offer integration with Optimantra.

Are you integrated with LinkedIn?

No, Noterro is not integrated with LinkedIn.

The packages and memberships notification?

This notification is instant, which means once a package or membership is purchased, details of the purchase is sent to your patients instantly. You can edit the message in Templates > Patient Notifications section.

Are you integrated with FreshBooks?

No, Noterro is not integrated with FreshBooks.

Does Noterro have a Zapier integration or any built-in automations to pass leads to another CRM, like GoHighLevel or HubSpot? 

Noterro does not currently support Zapier or automation integration for passing leads to other CRMs.

How much does Avality cost?

For Availity pricing or setup details, the clinic can email noterro@availity.com with their clinic name and phone number. A member of the Availity team familiar with the Noterro + Availity setup can assist.

How do I combine my current online booking (Acuity Scheduling) with Noterro? 

It’s not possible to combine or integrate calendars from other software with Noterro

Can I also connect Noterro with Google Tag Manager?

Noterro doesn't offer a direct, built-in integration for Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Can my notes and patient visits be merged into Noterro from Practice Fusion?

You can export patient demographic data and Appointments from Practice Fusion to Noterro, but clinical notes and patient visits cannot be merged or transferred. Only basic profile information is transferable.

Is a Zoom integration available?

Noterro does not currently offer a direct Zoom integration or built-in video calling. However, you can easily conduct virtual appointments by adding your personal Zoom link to your Appointment Email Templates.
