Can I change the font of emails?

Noterro does not support changing the font of emails. You can customize the content of the emails, but the font style is not adjustable.

Where is design layout?

You cannot change the checkbox alignment in Noterro forms

Can I change my dashboard?

You cannot customize the layout or content of the dashboard. The dashboard is designed to provide a standardized overview of essential information and tools for managing your practice.

Can I quickly bulk delete items from my dashboard?

You are unable to bulk delete items on your Dashboard. You will need to individually change the status of items on your dashboard.

How do I change widgets on dashboard?

However, the ability to customize or change widgets on the dashboard is not currently a feature offered by Noterro. The dashboard layout is predefined and cannot be altered by users.

Can I change the font between Display Notice Bar and Clinic Info?

The font will be the same; however, you can change the style, such as Bold, Italic, underline, the size of the font, etc, in the clinic info section.

Can I make the font darker on my calendar screen?

Noterro does not currently offer an option to change the font color or make it darker on the calendar screen.

Can I change the text colour?

Currently, Noterro does not offer the option to change text color within its platform.

Can I edit nottero insurance widget?

For the insurance widget you can only select which information you would like visible and required for your patients to fill out.

Can I edit the order of the tabs in the left menu?

No, you cannot reorder the menu tabs.
