Can assistants show up on the calendar?

Assistants in Noterro do not appear on the calendar. The calendar is typically used to display appointments and availability for Practitioners.

Can I limit an assistant to only be able to view one location?

Assistants’ access is controlled by Assistant permissions, but there isn't a permission to restrict an Assistant to a single location only.

Can assistants edit the website?

No, assistants do not have the ability to edit the website. Only Admins have access to Clinic Settings.

Is there a way to add the assistant to the calendar so that breaks can be added to their schedule for tasks and such?

No, assistants cannot be added to the calendar.

Can an assistant also be a practitioner?

It is not recommended. Adding a practitioner as an assistant means their signature and Professional ID number will not appear in SOAP notes or invoices, and assistants are not added to the calendar for bookings.

Can an assistant perform a service?

Assistants in Noterro cannot perform services. Assistants do not appear on the calendar, cannot be booked for appointments, and it is not recommended for an assistant to also be a practitioner since their professional details won't appear in notes or invoices.
