Can I add an additional Admin?
In Noterro, you cannot add an additional Admin but you can have unlimited Assistants. There is only one Admin role, and it's typically the person who created the clinic account. The Admin role can be transferred to another user by emailing support@noterro.com and asking for an Admin change on your account.
Can a patient delete their portal account? I know how to do this as an admin but curious how a client can do this themselves?
No, patients cannot delete their portal account, they would need to request this of the clinic.
Is it possible to have two admin accounts associated with my account?
Each Noterro account is limited to a single Admin account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign two Admins to one Noterro account.
Is it possible to set up that clients request a time online and then it comes to me as the admin and I have to approve it?
The online booking system in Noterro does not currently support a feature where clients can request a time online and then have it sent to an admin for approval. Appointments booked through online booking are automatically added to the calendar based on the availability set by the practitioners.
How admin change another practitioner's photos?
As an Admin, you cannot change a practitioner's or assistant's profile picture. The profile picture is part of the user's personal account settings, and only the individual user can update their own photo. Practitioners and assistants must log in to their own accounts to make changes to their profile pictures.
Can admins set professional ID numbers for staff?
No, only practitioners has the ability to add or set their own Professional ID numbers by logging into their Practitioner accounts.

No, Admins cannot set professional ID numbers, such as license numbers, for practitioners. This can only be done within the practitioner's account.

In Noterro, you cannot add another admin or grant someone else access to the clinic settings.

As an Admin, you cannot directly reset a Practitioner's password. However, you can guide the Practitioner to use the "Forgot Password" feature on the Noterro login page.
As an admin, how can I see on Noterro when patients or partitioners delete an appointment?
In Noterro, you will not see deleted appointments. However, if a practitioner cancels an appointment, you can view canceled appointments through the calendar page.
How do I give a practitioner admin?
Only one admin is allowed. If you are switching admins, you will need to contact support@noterro.com
Is there a way to have an admin schedule to show their office hours without paying for an additional seat?
Admins do not have their own column in the scheduler. To appear there, they would need to be set up as a practitioner seat.
How do I change my role from Practitioner to Admin?
You cannot change your role from Practitioner to Admin. The Admin role is unique and can only be transferred by contacting support@noterro.com. You can switch between your existing roles by clicking your initials or photo in the top-right corner and selecting "Switch."
Can I remove the Admin's ability to view client information?
No. Admins always have access to clinical notes and clinic settings. This cannot be restricted.
