At the top of the page, you'll see the plan your clinic is currently subscribed to. From here, you can:

• Change your plan: Adjust your plan as your clinic grows or your needs evolve.

Practitioner Seats

Practitioner seats indicate the number of practitioners who can actively use Noterro within your clinic. On this page, you can view:

• Currently assigned practitioners: Practitioners who are actively using a seat.
• Available seats: Seats that have been purchased but not yet assigned.
• Disabled practitioners: Practitioners who are no longer using a seat.

To add a new practitioner, assign them to an available seat. If all seats are in use, additional seats can be added. Note that assistants do not require a practitioner seat.

Capacity Limits

This section outlines how much of certain system resources your clinic is using. These limits help maintain platform reliability while allowing your clinic to scale.

• File Uploads: Storage used for client-related files such as documents, images, and reports.
• SMS Segments: Text message segments used for client communications like appointment reminders.
• Call Reminders: Automated phone call reminders sent to clients.

Usage bars display the capacity used against your available limit. SMS and Call Reminders operate on a rolling 30-day basis, allowing usage to free up over time.
