A Practitioner may want to edit or modify the snapshot of a Patient to ensure that medical information is current for personalized care.
Updating a Snapshot
- Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
- Click the Patients Icon (main navigation bar).
- Click on the Patient's Name.
- Locate the Snapshot section (left sidebar).
- Click on the Snapshot item.
- Click on Update.
- Click on the Three Dots (to the right of Patient's name).
- Click on Edit and Update the information.
- Click Save.
Important Note: You can also update the condition's status by toggling on "resolve" and clicking save.
