Practitioners may need to update or modify the snapshot of a patient to ensure that medical information is current, facilitating personalized care.
Updating a Snapshot
Follow these steps to edit a patient's snapshot:
- Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
- Click on Patients in the main navigation bar.
- Click on the Patient's Name.
- Locate the Snapshot section in the left sidebar.
- Click on the Snapshot item.
- Click on Update.
- Click on the Three Dots to the right of the Patient's name.
- Click on Edit and update the information.
- Click Save.
Important Note: You can also update the condition's status by toggling on "resolve" and then clicking save.
