When you create a new Noterro account, we automatically set up both an Admin and a Practitioner account. This allows you to manage your clinic with a single login.
Removing a Practitioner Account
If you are only acting as the Admin and do not need a Practitioner account, you can remove it by following these steps:
- Access Settings: Click the settings (gear) icon in the top-right header and select Base Setup.
- Locate Practitioner Section: Scroll to the Practitioner section.
- Delete Practitioner Account: Click the three dots next to your Practitioner account and select Delete.
Once deleted, your Practitioner seat will be freed up, allowing you to add another practitioner to your account at no charge.
