When you create a new Noterro account, we automatically set up both an Admin and a Practitioner account. This dual-account setup ensures you can effectively manage your clinic with just one login.
Switching Easily Between Accounts
You have the flexibility to switch accounts from either side. Simply click your initials or photo in the top-right corner of the header and select "Switch" to navigate between your accounts.
Understanding Your Accounts
Practitioner Account
- Your Practitioner account is where you manage personal settings.
- Here, you can adjust your calendar, update your signature, and maintain your professional ID.
Admin Account
- Handles billing and clinic-wide preferences.
- Designed for day-to-day clinic operations.
Once your Practitioner details are set, most of your tasks will be conducted through the Admin account, ensuring streamlined clinic management.
