The billing setup in Noterro is straightforward to configure. Through the Billing Setup page, you can seamlessly connect with one of our two supported payment processors: Square or Shift4 (formerly Worldline/Bambora).
Generating Invoices
Invoices in Noterro can be effortlessly generated using the Add New function in the header. Additionally, invoices can be created directly from an appointment, patient profile, or other common points within the platform. Noterro allows you to accept multiple payment methods, and invoices can be printed, downloaded, or emailed to ensure seamless transactions.

The dedicated Billing page is designed to organize your financial data efficiently. It includes sections for:

There is also a comprehensive Insurance section specifically for managing claims, providing further support for your clinic's financial operations.
