- Send an email reminder 48 hours before the appointment.
- Send a phone reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- Send an SMS reminder 3 hours before the appointment.
Personalization and Variables
Notifications can leverage variables, allowing for a personalized touch. For instance, by incorporating the patient’s first name variable, your message might read: “Hello, [First Name],” which will then appear to the patient as “Hello, John Smith.”
Moreover, you can configure the “reply-to” address, ensuring that any responses are sent directly to your clinic’s email.
