Add Multiple Services or Products to One Invoice

Combine multiple services or products into a single invoice, allowing for streamlined billing. This is useful when, for instance, a parent and child receive treatment on the same day and prefer to have both services on one invoice.

Multiple Services on an Invoice

Follow these steps to add multiple services or products to an invoice.

1. Create an Invoice from the Calendar.
2. Click on the Invoice.
3. Click on Edit in the bottom left corner.
4. Type in your Product or Service Name, or Product Barcode.
5. Add your Practitioner to the line item (this is important for invoices and reports).
6. Click Finish.

Important Note: If you add multiple practitioners to the line item, their names will appear on the invoice. This step is essential for ensuring that reports reflect accurate information and that practitioners' names are displayed correctly on the invoice.
