Alternative Billing Name on Invoices

You may want to display an alternative name that is different from the service name.  For example, you may have a service labelled Acupuncture but for billing purposes, it needs to be displayed as Physiotherapy.

1. Log in as the Admin
2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header
3. Click on Base Setup
4. Scroll to the Service section
5. Click on the Service Name
6. Add Alternate Billing Name
7. Click Save
