View previous clinical notes to facilitate accurate and comprehensive new notes. Once you have accessed previous notes, you have the option to Download, Duplicate, or Print the Clinical note.
Reviewing Previous Notes
- Click on the Patient's name.
- Click on the Clinical Notes tab.
- Under the Finalized Clinical Notes, click on the Three Dots.
- Click on Preview.
- Use the Arrows at the top to switch between finalized notes.
By following these steps, you can efficiently access and review prior clinical notes, aiding in the creation of new and accurate notes.

It would be very helpful to be able to simply flip through the pages of the soap notes organically, rather than having to click on the patients name, and then the finalized previous notes, as this means exiting the soap note you're currently working with.
On a draft note, you can click "Actions" then "View Previous Notes". This will open a preview of the latest note and you can press the left/right keys to navigate previous notes without leaving the note you're on.
It would be really great to be able to view notes when preparing for a client. I don't want to start my note until after the appointment but really like a solid refresh before seeing a client.
