If your Noterro account is integrated with Square or Shift4 (formerly Worldline/Bambora), you can add a Patient's Credit Card to their file. Here are a few different ways you can add a Credit Card to a Patient's account.
Add a Credit Card to a Patient's Account
Through the Appointment View on Calendar:
- Click on the Patient's Appointment.
- Click Add Card (on the top right).
- Fill out the required information.
- Click Add Card.
Through an Unpaid Invoice:
- Click on an Unpaid Invoice (e.g. INV-3).
- Click on the Pay button.
- Click on Select Payment Method.
- Click on Add Credit Card for either Square or Shift4.
Through a Patient Profile:
- Click on the Patient's name.
- Click on Credit Card on the sidebar.
- Choose Shift4 or Square.
- Click Add Credit Card.
Important Note: You cannot add multiple credit cards to a Patient's profile. You can only have one credit card per Patient profile.

How long does it take for the payment to show up on Square?
We did a transaction last night as described above, but it hasn't showed up on the Square account.
OR do we have to manually enter the credit card information into our Square device?
