Occasionally, you may need to remove a credit from a Patient's account for various reasons, including making adjustments for credit errors.
Removing Credit on Patient's Account
- Click on the Patient's name.
- Click on the Billing tab.
- Click the Transactions header.
- Locate the Transaction Number with an Account Credit.
- Click the Transaction.
- Click Delete and follow the instructions.
