Manage your credits effectively to ensure seamless use of Noterro's AI features, which consume credits. You can choose to add credits manually or set up Auto-load for automatic credit replenishment to avoid running out during critical tasks such as using Noterro Scribe. When using Auto-load, credits will automatically be added when your balance reaches a specified threshold. During a trial account, you will receive 300 credits to explore the features.
Manually Add Credits
Manage your credit limit by adding credits as needed.
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
- Select Noterro Subscription.
- Scroll to the Credit section.
- Click Add Credits.
- Add the desired amount.
- Click Purchase.
Manage Auto-load
Automatically replenish your credits to maintain continuity in your operations.
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
- Select Noterro Subscription.
- Scroll to the Credit section.
- Click on Manage for Auto-load.
- Set your Balance minimum.
- Set the Amount of credits to add to your Balance.
- Click Save.
View Credits Consumed
Track your credit usage to stay informed about your consumption.
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
- Select Noterro Subscription.
- Scroll to the Credit section.
- Click on View Usage.
Important Note: Credits consumed in Noterro will be displayed in a list view, providing details of each transaction.
