Managing the Clinic's Business Number

Ensure your clinic's invoices include a Business Number to enhance legitimacy and comply with tax regulations. This number, assigned by the government or tax authorities, allows easy identification and reference for documentation or inquiries. Including it on invoices facilitates accurate record-keeping and smooth financial transactions. Note that the Clinic Business Number is not mandatory in all regions.

Adding a Clinic's Business Number

Follow these steps to add your clinic's Business Number to your account details.

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
3. Select Base Setup.
4. In the Account Details section, click Edit.
5. Scroll down to the Billing tab, enter the clinic's Business Number, and click Save.

By including the Business Number on an invoice, both the business and the recipient can maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
