Sometimes your patient/client may tell you they did not receive their invoice that was emailed, their text message reminder, or follow-up email, etc. You can see easily see when an email, text, or phone notification was sent.
- From a Patient's/Client's Profile
- In the Sidebar click on Notifications logs
You can see the details of the text notifications by clicking on the link. Logs are based on communication over the past 12-months.
Email Status Definitions
- Sent: The email was sent but is pending the receipt confirmation from the receiving email provider.
- Delivered: The receiving email provider acknowledge the receipt of the email.
- Bounce: The email bounced back, this could be a permanent bounce back, for example, the email address does not exist. Or this could be a temporary bounce back, for example the email account is currently full.
- Complaint: The recipient reported past emails as spam or clicked "unsubscribe". This places the email address on Noterro's suppression list. You need to contact us to have the email address removed from the suppression list.
