How Patients Cancel an Appointment

As a Patient, you can cancel the appointments you booked online if the clinic allows online cancellations.

Patients Cancelling Appointments

1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on Appointments in the Sidebar or Menu in the Footer and then Appointments.
3. Under Upcoming Appointments, click on the Appointment.
4. Click Cancel.

Important Note: Patients can also cancel their Appointment from their appointment reminder emails. At the end of the email, there will be a Cancel Appointment link that will bring them to the Web Portal to complete the process.
