How Patients Cancel an Appointment

Manage your appointments by canceling bookings online, if your clinic provides an online cancellation feature.

Cancel Your Appointment

Follow these steps to cancel an appointment you've booked online:

1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on Appointments in the Sidebar.
3. Under Upcoming Appointments, click on the appointment you wish to cancel.
4. Provide a Reason for Cancellation (optional).
5. Click Cancel.

Important Note: You can also cancel your appointments via the appointment reminder emails. Look for the Cancel Appointment link at the end of the email, which will direct you to the Web Portal to complete the cancellation process.
