Installing the Patient Portal App

You won't find the clinic app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The good news is the app can still be installed on various devices and operating systems, including phones and desktops, using iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. Here are instructions for each operating system.

Clients can download your clinic-branded app by accessing your portal URL on their devices.

Installing on iOS

1. Open the portal in Safari (e.g., healthclinic.noterro.com).
2. Tap the Share icon (Blue square with an up arrow).
3. Select Add to Home Screen, then click Add.

Note: The Noterro app can't be installed on iOS 17.4+ in the EU.

Installing on Android

The experience on Android can differ slightly depending on the device, operating system, and browser. We recommend using Google Chrome as the browser while installing the app.

1. Open the portal in Chrome (e.g., healthclinic.noterro.com).
2. Tap the Download button.
3. Tap Install App, then Install.
4. If you don't see this option, you may need to tap the menu and then Install App.

Installing on macOS

1. Open the portal in Chrome (e.g., healthclinic.noterro.com).
2. Click the Download icon (Blue square with an up arrow).
3. Click Install App, then click Install.

Installing on Windows

1. Open the portal in Chrome (e.g., healthclinic.noterro.com).
2. Click the Download icon (Blue square with an up arrow).
3. Click Install App, then click Install.
