If you have connected your Noterro account to your Availity Essentials Pro account, you can submit claims directly through Noterro. To ensure that claims are processed successfully, you should ensure that all the required values for submitting a claim have been stored in Noterro. Before downloading the EDI file, you should also reference the Generate a HCFA 1500/CMS-1500 Claim Form support article. You must add a claim to an invoice before downloading the EDI file. Submitting an Availity Claim in Noterro
- Click on the Invoice.
- Scroll to the Insurance section.
- Click Submit with Availity button.
- Log in to your Availity Essentials Pro account to see the outcome of the claim, which can take time to process.
