Disconnecting Availity Account

Here's how you can disconnect your Availity account from Noterro.

Disconnect Availity from Noterro

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header.
3. Select Insurance.
4. Scroll down the page to the Clearinghouse section.
5. Click on View Settings.
6. Select "I do not want to use a clearinghouse."
7. Click Save.

Disconnecting Availity will stop Noterro from using clearinghouse services for claims management.
