Edit Special Instructions for a Service

Follow these steps to modify the special instructions associated with a particular service.

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Base Setup Services.
4. Select the service you want to update.
5. Under Custom Notification Variables, find Special Instructions for Patient Notifications.
6. Edit the instructions and click Save.

By updating these instructions, your notifications will include the latest guidelines specific to each service.
