Ensure that you can display services in your booking interface without allowing clients to book them. This is useful for services that need visibility but are not currently available for booking.
Making Services Visible but Not Bookable
Follow these steps to update settings for your service offerings:
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click the Gear icon (top-right).
- Click Web Portal & App.
- Scroll to your Services section.
- In the service settings, locate the Booking Options.
- Click on the box where the Allow Booking is
- Update it to Visible to Portal.
- Click Save to update the service settings.
After saving, the service will remain visible to users on your platform, but it won't be available for booking. This provides clients with information about all available services without allowing reservations for specific items
