How to Reassign an Unused Practitioner Seat in Noterro

If you have an unused/available practitioner seat, you can use that seat for the new practitioner rather than purchasing another one. Available seats are paid seats that aren't currently assigned to a practitioner.

Replace an Existing Practitioner with a New One

1. Go to Settings (gear icon) → Base Setup.
2. Scroll to the Practitioner section.
3. Find the practitioner who is no longer using the seat.
4. Disable them if you want to preserve their historical records. Disabling is recommended over deleting when possible.
5. Once the seat is available, click Add New to add the new practitioner.
6. Enter the new practitioner's name and email and configure their permissions.
7. Save and send the invitation.
