This FAQ explains what is changing, what is not changing, and what you can do before your clinic is moved from legacy plans to our current tiered plans.

On April 28, 2026, your account will move to the new pricing structure. You will not be billed on that date. Your updated pricing will be reflected at your next renewal.

What is changing
What happens on the migration date?
On April 28, 2026:
Legacy pricing plans are fully retired
Your clinic will be moved to a current tier plan that includes the functionality you already have enabled today, based on your active legacy add-ons and where those capabilities exist on today’s plans
Your subscription will show the new plan name, and legacy add-ons will no longer appear as separate line items
Can I stay on legacy pricing?
No. Legacy pricing is being sunset and will not be available after the migration.
Can I go back to legacy after migration?
No. Once your clinic is migrated, legacy pricing cannot be restored.
Billing and renewal timing
Will I be charged on the migration date?
No. You will not receive a bill on April 28, 2026. Your new pricing begins at your next renewal after April 28, 2026.
Will there be any prorating or mid-cycle charges?
No. There is no prorating and no mid-cycle charges related to this change.
When will I see the new price?
Your subscription page will display your new pricing in advance. That amount will be billed on the first invoice generated at your next renewal after April 28, 2026.
Will my billing frequency change?
No. Monthly stays monthly. Annual stays annual at migration. You can change billing frequency afterward if you want.
Can I switch to annual billing and receive an annual discount?
Yes. Once your clinic is on tiered pricing, you can switch to annual billing from your billing settings. If you choose annual billing on a tiered plan, you will be eligible for the annual discount.
Plans, tiers, and what happens if I do nothing
How do you decide which plan I should move to?
We align your clinic with the current plan, which includes the functionality you already have enabled today, based on your active legacy add-ons and where those capabilities exist in today’s plans.
Which plan will I be moved to, and what will the price be?
You can view your clinic’s assigned plan and future price on your subscription page.
Do I have to pick a plan before the migration date?
No. If you do not select a plan, your clinic will be migrated automatically to the plan shown on your subscription page.
Can I choose a different plan than the one you assigned?
Yes. Once your account has been migrated, you can review all current plans and change your tier if another option better fits your clinic.
What happens if I do nothing?
If no changes are made, your clinic will be automatically migrated to the plan outlined on your subscription page, and your new pricing will apply at your next renewal after April 28, 2026.
Features, access, and usage limits
Will I lose features when I am migrated?
Your assigned plan includes the functionality you already have enabled today to minimize disruption.
Are practitioner seat counts changing at migration?
No. Practitioner seat counts do not change during migration.
Are usage limits changing?
Yes. After migration, usage limits align with the limits of your current tier plan.
Usage limits can include:
SMS usage
Phone usage
File uploads
What if I need more capacity than my plan includes?
If you need more than what is included in your plan, additional capacity options are available for SMS, phone usage, and file uploads, subject to the current pricing model. Any existing additional capacity that your clinic has will remain active on your new plan.
Discounts and special cases
I previously had an affiliate discount, but I no longer see it. What do I do?
Affiliate discounts require verification. If your clinic does not have an affiliate association on record, you will need to provide proof of eligibility, such as a certificate or membership documentation. Once verified, the affiliate discount will be applied to your account.
What happens if my affiliate discount cannot be confirmed before migration?
If we cannot confirm an affiliate association before migration, your clinic will move to tiered pricing without the affiliate discount. You can request the affiliate discount afterward through the standard process by providing documentation. If you do this before your renewal date, then there'll be no disruption to your affiliate discount.
My price increase feels significant. Is there anything you can do to help?
If the change feels significant for your clinic, our support team can help walk you through your options and explain how the transition works.
Changing your plan before renewal
Can I reduce my future price?
In many cases, yes. You will have a window after the migration date and before your next renewal to make changes that may reduce your future price, such as:
Selecting a lower tier if it fits your needs
Reducing practitioner seats
Switching to annual billing to receive the annual discount
If I change my plan after migration, will my billing change immediately?
Plan changes follow your standard subscription rules. If you want clarity on timing and when changes take effect for your specific account, contact support, and we will confirm it with you.
Leaving Noterro, cancellations, and exporting data
What if I decide Noterro is no longer the right fit?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, following standard cancellation terms. If you cancel, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
How do I export my data?
Clinics can export key data directly from within Noterro or by requesting a bulk export, including:
Patient demographics
Appointments
Clinical notes
Forms
Files Uploads
If you need assistance with exports, our support team can guide you through the process.
Will you delete my data if I cancel?
Data may be deleted from clinics that are expired for more than 90 days. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, then you can request this through our customer support team.
