Automate the status of patient appointments with our appointment automation feature. This allows users to streamline processes when patients arrive or are late for appointments. Configure each status to automatically generate a clinical note using a default template or by duplicating the previous note. Additionally, users can set the system to create an invoice. Both 'arrived' and 'late' statuses are customizable and can be configured independently from each other.
Set Up Appointment Automation
Follow these steps to configure appointment automation for practitioners.
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click the Gear icon (top right header).
- Select Calendar.
- Scroll down to the Appointment Automation section.
- For each practitioner, click Edit.
- Select your configurations for Arrived and Late statuses independently.
- Click Save.
